Yogyakarta has never had a shortage of beautiful places to stay. What it was missing — and what we kept looking for whenever we traveled — was a place that felt genuinely ours. Not a room that could belong to anyone. Not a villa where you share the pool with strangers by morning. A whole world, privately yours, designed around the simple idea that the best stays aren't the most crowded ones.
So we built five of them. Each one has its own story — shaped around a different feeling, a different kind of guest, a different reason to escape. Because the couple on their honeymoon and the family of eight on a reunion trip don't need the same place, they need the right one.

Each one is built around a different feeling. Bohemian sits close to the city’s malls and nightlife; La Dorada leans golden and romantic, made for honeymoons; Jogja Life is a family home in the heart of the city; Makyra is calm and pared-back in white stone; and Villa Mirsa is a 2,000 m² estate for larger groups. Tell us who’s coming and why, and we’ll point you to the right one.
That depends on which villa you choose. Bohemian Jogja Villas offers the most range, with several villa types suited to anywhere from 2 to 6 guests. La Dorada comes in two sizes — an intimate setup for 2, or a larger one for up to 6 — so it scales easily from a honeymoon to a small group. Makyra stays calm and pared-back for 2 to 4 guests, while Jogja Life is built for families and welcomes 4 to 6. And Villa Mirsa, our largest, hosts up to 14 across its estate. Whichever you choose, you have the entire place to yourselves — so the only headcount that ever matters is your own.
Across the city and just beyond it — some within walking distance of malls and nightlife, others tucked into quiet neighbourhoods to the north. Each villa’s own page lists its exact area and what’s nearby.
A 24/7 front office and round-the-clock security come with every villa, so someone is always there when you need them. Breakfast is optional — simply add it when you book.

We keep payment easy: virtual account, bank transfer, debit or credit card, and QRIS. For bookings made through our website, you can cancel or request a refund up to 7 days before your stay date. Bookings made through a partner platform follow that platform’s own cancellation policy.
